Just by the title we know it will be good. Why? It's Marvel and involves the greatest superheroes on Earth, in this case, not just Avengers, X-Men and Spider-Man. However, superheroes without supervillains are just guys in costumes. With that in mind (or maybe not) the author focuses a lot on the plot with the supervillains and their plans to dominate New York (the world is too small for everyone). I recommend it not just because it's a superhero fic, but because it's also a supervillain fic! Anyway, good reading because it's worth reading.
PS: The author also makes spin-offs related to chronology. And they're on the same level as the main fic!
"THEN" and "THAN"
"Then" relates to time. "Than" is used for comparison. Ex.: First, we'll have lunch, and then we'll go for a walk. He is more experienced than I am.
"DISCREET" and "DISCRETE"
"Discreet" means careful or unobtrusive. "Discrete" means separate or distinct. Ex.: She was discreet about her personal life. The project was divided into discrete tasks.
