Abel
“Cigarettes and the Moscow Mule.” A story so indescribable that it is difficult to choose the right words. It is immersed in a somewhat Noir-like atmosphere, bringing the characters we grew up reading into very interesting new facets. In my opinion, it's what I would like to read, if Pedro Bandeira were to write a new Karas book. The conduct of the mystery, the writing, everything is very elegant and well described, but still, with many references to the author's five original books. Read it, and you won't regret it.
"EFFECT" and "AFFECT"

"Effect" is a noun meaning result. "Affect" is a verb meaning to influence. Ex.: The new policy had a significant effect. The weather can affect our mood.

"COMPLEMENT" and "COMPLIMENT"

"Complement" means to complete or enhance. "Compliment" means to praise or express admiration. Ex.: The sauce complements the dish perfectly. She complimented him on his presentation.
