Of all Hakuouki's fics, with the characters Hajime Saitou and Okita Souji, this is without a doubt my favorite. I don't know how many times I've read this fic, it's my favorite, not because of the author or because I love both characters so much, the point is that the story is beautiful, it's involving, although it only has one chapter, it's perfect , exciting. Something very well described, something I would never dream of being able to write. I wanted to give my recommendation for a long time, but only now have I managed to think of something decent to write here. If you are looking at my recommendations and want to look for something about Souji and Saitou, read this fic, you won't regret it.
"FARTHER" and "FURTHER"

"Farther" refers to physical distance. "Further" relates to metaphorical or non-physical distance. Ex.: The park is farther than I thought. We need to look further into this issue.

"WHO'S" and "WHOSE"

"Who's" is a contraction for "who is." "Whose" indicates possession. Ex.: Who's attending the conference? Whose jacket is this?

Writing Okita in such a perfect way. Writing in such a way that, with each sentence, it's as if he's touching my soul and making me understand the feelings of the character himself. As if, for a few brief moments of reading, I could be the protagonist and understand his pain. After Soundless Voice, this is my favorite. And both are her own. Interesting, right? Maybe I really am in love with the way she writes. Now, returning to Konayuki, I simply couldn't leave here without leaving my feelings 2x. In the comments and in the recommendation, because it simply deserves it. It simply deserves it for making me cry and laugh at the same time. For simply captivating me to the point of making me want to write a great book about the feelings you awakened in me. And, I'll have to end here, because the space isn't very big and because I'm too emotional to say anything else... But, I really, really, really loved Konayuki. Congratulations.
