“Legends are much more than simple tales; they are stories that grow, expand, fall into people's mouths and immortalize themselves in people's minds.”
J-pop, despite not being as famous as K-pop, has its fan base and is not a small market. The Japanese attempt to create a completely different group that had already been seen, that would overcome Asian barriers and conquer the world, however well planned, did not have the expected results and was abandoned in the entertainment world.
Surrounded by hatred and constant fear of an unpromising future, the - literally - legendary group set out for a new resource that could destroy or save their careers: Korea. In a completely different world, they have to fight for the trust of their new audience while carrying the disapproval and disgust of their home country on their backs.
There is a fine line between genius and madness. How far could this desperate measure take them?
“What they needed was not idols, but legends.”
